Purchase error

I have the same problem. The game doesn't register Royal & legacy package exists when I start the game. And when I try to buy the game through the EA app, the application just keeps restarting over and over before I can even pay. I even tried to buy the package through the official website, but the same problem occurred with the payment not going through. I tried reinstalling, clearing the cache, running the EA App as an administrator, and many other things I found as possible fixes, but nothing worked. I still get error EC:10007 and package does not exist in the game.
