Purchased BF6 Coin But It Was Not Assigned to My Account!

My payment of $89.99 was processed from my bank card, but when I checked my payment history on EA's website, it appears as unsuccessful. I have a receipt showing that the money was withdrawn from my account, and when I called the bank, they said the payment had been made. 

I couldn't find any solution related to the issue on EA's website help section and couldn't reach anyone. I have no choice but to wait for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible! Please resolve this urgently!

    Had the same issue about 10 mins ago took the money but no coins on my account

    I would like to know if you got your coins as I have just purchased the same amount and haven't received them.

    I purchased that same pack of coins via EA app and to this day have not received them lol. this was on the 28th. EA support keep closing the case and telling me to wait. were beyond 24 hours. WAY beyond
