Purchased Pack not being available for download.

I just purchased the newest Sims 4 bundle/expansion, The Sims 4 Royality and Legacy Bundle. I got a confirmation email stating that my purchase went through, but when I go to download and install the pack, it acts as if the item has not been purchased. I thought I saw a post similar to this, but I could not find it so if anyone knows a solution, please let me know.
