Purchased Royalty and Legacy Bundle but not appearing in game

I bought the Royalty and Legacy Bundle and for some reason the game says I do not own it. I don't see the world, and I don't see it as a selectable option in pack selection. I've tried everything I've seen that has been recommended. I do not own any mods or CCs.

• Confirmed that it appears as Completed in my Order History
• Uninstalled and Reinstalled
• Cleared my cache through the app recovery then repaired the game.

I don't know what else to do.
