Purchased same expansion twice, still no download option

I purchased the Life and Death expansion earlier today and noticed it wasn't giving me an option to download the file.  Looking at my account, it looks like perhaps 2 were somehow purchased at the same time, one said delivered and one said pending payment. I do show a payment went through my bank. I waited over an hour and still no download, so I decided to purchase it again with a different form of payment. I got my confirmation email (i now have 2) and still I have no option to download the expansion.
