Hey @elsharkawy55,

Is this happening for downloading new games only, or for updating games that you already downloaded in the app? If the latter, then issues like this might be caused by the automatic background updates interfering. Go into the EA app and to your Settings. Under the tab "Download", scroll down to the section "Updates" and disable both options that are displayed there.

Then restart the EA app and the games should download for you.
