Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

I’m on Mac. The Sims 4 no longer appears in my EA App library and shows ‘no longer in our catalog.’ I previously owned it. Please re-sync my license.

    Hey luvyunas​ , just making sure, your Mac is up to date? How old is it/which version of macOS are you on? Have you tried clearing the EA app cache to see if it helps? To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache
