Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

I've been trying to buy packs for the game but I keep getting a message saying it's not available on the catalogue in the EA App. I will attach a screen shot for the exact wording. 

I haven't played Sims4 in a while and I was excided to try the new Royalty and Legacy pack. But when I go to buy it, it says its unavailable. I even tried to buy other packs I don't own, and I get the same message. I tried with expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs everything has the same message. I have the game purchased on Steam. 

I tried to relog into EA app, restarted it, re-entered my card details thinking maybe there was a problem but nothing changed. I have purchased packs before with no issues, so this is strange to me. I even tried to buy packs within the game its self but it still doesn't work. 

I live in Kuwait so I'm unsure if maybe there has been a change or something with availability of content in the country. 

Any help would be appreciated.

    I forgot to say I play on my laptop, and have the game updated when new updates are available as well as update the EA app if they are available.
