- @EA_Darko Yes it still runs in the background. restarting PC is the only way to end it unfortunately.

I have the same issue and it seems a lot of other people also have it according to this reddit thread https://www.reddit.com/r/apexlegends/comments/zbbt17/game_not_closing_completely_on_steam/
Some say it is because of easy anti-cheat, but nobody seems to have found a solution yet
