Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

I bought a bundle ( Seasons, Laundry Day and Parenthood ), I downloaded it opened the game and it is not there. Since then I tried repairing the game, clearing the EA cache ( or whatever its called ), uninstalling the game and installing it again. When I look in the files it is there but not when actually trying to play. I also cannot get a refund. I NEED HELP or I am going to explode. I think I reported it (got a case number but didn't write it down). I feel scammed honestly. What is weird is when i first open the EA app and manged add-ons they are there with a new label, enter the game not there, exit again and the EA/manage not there again. Anyone knows what to do next??
