Re: BOUGHT Sims 4 DLC Greyed Out - 'Available on Windows' Error (Worked on Origin)

I bought a Jungle adventure some time ago and it works on my windows computer but on my mac it's not available to play. I changed my computer and I would like to play this game again. I already reinstaled the game and it didn't help. Can you please help with this issue?

Had you actually bought Jungle Adventure (and Fashion Street I see) through the EA App, or did you get them on Steam? Steam’s version of the game is Windows only.

I never bought Fasion Street. I don’t know why it’s on the list. The jungle adventure I bought through the EA App. From 2016 all of them were bought through EA app only.
