Re: Cannot launch TS4 when Steam is set to offline mode or when I lose internet

I have tried again with updated app & fresh install and still can't get it to work. We had a 12 hour long internet outage this week, I'd still love to be able to access my game offline like I could when I purchased it... I also can't seem to find any definitive, official information on if this is supposed to work or not. If it's not supposed to work I'd love to get it forwarded to the team working on the App as feedback instead :/
