Same here.
When I was able to get in my pre-purchase wasn't even avaliable to download, but showed up on my account purchases.
Way to go EA games SOOOO glad origin and EA merged
Now I can't play hardly any games
Okay, I'm finally in. I kept signing in until it showed me my game and started downloading the update. I checked and my game is playable.
