I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and i've been using it on PC to play EA Play games no problem.
Today I tried to run Jedi Survivor and F1 23 like I always do, and I get an error saying I can't run the game.
I tried uninstalling everything, including the EA app, and now I can't download games that I should be entitled to.
I can, however, download "Plants vs Zombies". I've tried all troubleshooting steps with no success.
I have exactly the same error, impossible to download f1 23 since yesterday evening. when preparing the download, it tells me "download error", I emptied the cache as recommended but impossible. Keep me informed here as soon as someone has a solution.
Same error here, downloading games with EA play from game pass ultimate has been working a few weeks ago without any issues. Right now I can download games that I bought on Origin/EA though, so this seems to be some kind of license error.
Tried reinstalling of the EA app, deleting caches and reconnecting the xbox and ea profile, but neither did help.

Yep, same. Was playing Star Wars: Jedi Survivor (PC Game Pass copy), crashed mid-game and it wouldn't let me back in. Uninstalled, tried to reinstall but no dice, been this way all day. Other EA Play games also are unable to be installed. Seems to be a worldwide thing, this issue was going the rounds on Twitter as well.

I played Jedi Survivor every day for the last few days, but now today I tried to run Jedi Survivor but this time it doesn't show in my installed games list, and when i click on it instead of "Play" it just says download, so i try that and it says "You don't have access This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again". I have changed absolutely nothing on my PC since yesterday when i was able to play it fine.
I have the exact same issue too. I suspect it to be an error on their part. We just need to wait now i guess.
