Its not on all games but i can say on 80% of the games for example ... All battlefield games , need for speed games ,star war games, Titanfall ,Command and conquer ,A way out etc etc honestly most of the games i have this message ( screenshot) just a few i am able to download and play.
I have tried clear the cache , uninstall and install trough the xbox app , change regions , lower the uac ..etc and doesn't work,

I have just merged all reports about the games "Not Currently Playable" on the EA app into one topic and we will do some investigating to see what is causing this.

Could you let me know what games are affected and provide some examples of games that don't show this message?

We will also need some Error Reports from the EA app.

Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click EA Error Reporter.

Choose the Type of problem you’re having.

Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem box.

Check the box next to Share diagnostic information when report is submitted.

Click Submit report and wait for it to complete.

Write down your Report ID and share it in this thread.

My friend and I are also having the same problem. Really frustrating but hopefully is fixed soon...

I haven't tested every game but or made a list...

i was trying to use a VPN and if i am connected to USA i am able to download any game... so I'm guessing this would be a location issue..

@PTWeed So it works with a VPN with the USA as the region? I'll get the info over to the team.

@EA_Jason yes the download is running and I've checked the other games i couldn't download but now they are all available to download.. when the download is finish i will try to run the game to see if it works with and without the vpn and will update.

@PTWeed From what I have read in other threads, you might not need the VPN to start the download and play the game. As long as it has been added to your Collection it should work.

@EA_Jason I have used a VPN to add to my collection, however I cannot download Star Wars Battlefront 2 without the VPN active during the download.

@sakatagintoki02 I'm still downloading but apparently it will work , as i disconnected the vpn and resume the download and works normally.

@sakatagintoki02 @EA_Jason finished the download but got a error on the setup so I'm trying another one to see if was a download error or something.

Hi have the same problem as the rest sent in my report - (bb485f3b-17e1-4226-b48c-5a9580fa35) pity also you could not copy and paste this number from the error reporter might be easier :-)

Jason, I have put in an error report from the app id 93a4760e-9dab-49b6-b21c-e3dfae276fed.
The issue occurs with any game that is rated 16 or 18. Games such at Titanfall 2 or Battlefield V etc.

@EA_Jason Hi don't know what you have done but without any change from myself the games that were blocked for me are now available. I did notice that between my Xbox account and my EA account the date of birth was one day out but that was yesterday - anyway thanks for your help

Mine's still broken. EA Play doesn't load up when I click on a game within Xbox Game Pass, and if I run the EA app separately, it doesn't connect the two and just wants to sell me EA Play at £4/month.. I posted this yesterday.

Thank you for the reports that it started working for you again and the Error reports.

I would like to test another thing, could you change your region/country via the settings of the EA app and let me know if anything changes?

@EA_Jason I tried changing the country and it made no difference. What on Earth is going on and why can't you fix it? I'm paying for a service I can't use! Please help!
