Certain games are "Not Currently Playable" on EA Desktop.

    I have just merged all reports about the games "Not Currently Playable" on the EA app into one topic and we will do some investigating to see what is causing this. 

    Could you let me know what games are affected and provide some examples of games that don't show this message?


    We will also need some Error Reports from the EA app.

    1. Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click EA Error Reporter.
    2. Choose the Type of problem you’re having.
    3. Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem box.
    4. Check the box next to Share diagnostic information when report is submitted.
    5. Click Submit report and wait for it to complete. 
    6. Write down your Report ID and share it in this thread.
