How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? i can not play the game i paid for
What do you expect to see? i expect the game to launch and show in the EA app library

Only game showing in library is Battlefield V

And the worst part is, i sent out many copies of the game as gifts as well

that will be a LOT of refunds i will have to claim if this is not resolved in an expedient manner.

    @wiesshund did they ever fix you? I don't see them respond to this thread. I'm worried because I bought bf2042 tonight and didn't receive it. Thought I'd be gaming right now rather than being angry and browsing their forums

    @NodNod666 the problem is that we have to use their shty app to play it, what is the point of selling on steam if people have to use that garbage app.

    Did you buy via Steam?

    Issue in this thread is specific to Steam purchased games

    No it has not been resolved yet, i expect it wont be fixed this fast
    It is Saturday for one, it is also a server issue not a personal account issue, which i imagine will take a lot of logging and debugging by the back end ops guys.

    It might prompt them to work faster, if everyone effected basically made a EA APP thread duplicate to mine except with the game title in question?
    WHen it is flooded in 2500 new nearly identical topics, the idea of that many refunds getting processed might be motivational?

    UPDATE

    I just realized that i can play NO EA GAMES regardless of if they are in the library

    ALL EA GAMES bought on steam give same error

    This is super uncool
