• which game(s) experience this issue
• Date/Time when it first happened
• which launcher gives the error when launching the game (Steam or Epic etc.)

• EA app error report ID : 133885568 - Support Ticket
• which game(s) experience this issue : It Takes Two
• Date/Time when it first happened : 22 December 2023
• which launcher gives the error when launching the game (Steam or Epic etc.): I'm using Steam, but the error is in EA & Origin saying its not in my library.

• Date/Time when it first happened -  22 January 2023
• which launcher gives the error when launching the game (Steam or Epic etc.) - I bought the game in Steam Platform, but Origin & EA says that I don't have the game and it's not in my library.
