Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC owned in Steam/Epic/XBox Pass missing in EA App

@Marvelqueen1014 I have the same problem that you and others are writing about. After doing some research here, I found out that we have to play those packs/stuff on Steam. There's no way I'm going to play 2 packs and 2 stuff on Steam. I found the link to contact Steam support, but they simply said the content was installed correctly. They didn't even mention that I wanted my money back. I had to go through my bank. I took in-game screenshots showing the error with the downloads and a screenshot of my list of extra content showing the 4 that are on Steam. I also have screenshots of the contact with Steam. My bank understood and gave me back my money. However, the packs and stuff are still in my library saying that I need to install them. I too want to buy those contents again, I just need to get the Steam files out of my library first.
There must be a way to find those packs in my files and delete them, but which file belongs to which content pack? They're listed by number not by name. So now I'm going to contact EA to see if they will tell me the correct file number to delete. Or do I have to do something radical and delete all of them and re-install. After all, I do have a record that I own them and they should reinstalled in the App as normal. At least, that's my theory.
