Charged Twice for Battlefield 6 Purchase

Hi everyone,

I tried to buy Battlefield 6 through the EA App, but I got an error saying I needed to try again. Then I went to the EA website and bought the game successfully there. However, my bank account shows two separate $70 charges for the same game. I’ve already contacted support, but I wanted to share this here as well in case someone else experienced the same issue. I’ve also attached a screenshot of my bank statement showing the duplicate payment. Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
