Please try to set the language of EA App to English > restart the app > look if the game shows up.

I think that perhaps, the Origin app switching to the EA app caused the error stated in this post. After a few restarts and a few weeks after the change between Origin and EA, the problem seemed to resolve itself and the missing game eventually returned. Thank you for the advice.
