Apologies for the delay in responding here, but we're looking for more information on what could have caused this issue.

Could you run an EA Error Report and paste the Report ID here as well please?

Those really help us out with our investigation.

I'm running into a similar issue after replacing the motherboard on my PC. I don't get the "corrupt" error; the error I do get is just "failed to load"
