Did you tried to uncheck the option "keep me logged in"?
Try again to login with unchecked this option.

Yeah, this is still a thing with this useless app. I've tried closing out the background service and the vpn, but that's not working. It keeps asking me to login then telling me my password is wrong. I was on the app earlier today with no problems.
