  • @EA_Leeuw Yup. Same issue. Its one of the games that I have installed that causes this issue. It was fine before installing my games, then after I got like Apex or Dragon Age or the Battlefield games, it started crashing.

@Sil3nce96, thanks. Everything looks to be okay from what I can see.

Have you tried to uninstall the games to see if the program still crashes?
  • @EA_Leeuw I've tried a couple of them, but I don't think it solved the issue. And to be honest it doesn't work if I can't play a game I want because it causes a crash :D

@Sil3nce96, I asked it because you mentioned that the issue started when you started to download/install games. 🙂 So if you can uninstall the games again that you think caused the issue, and the issue goes away after you uninstalled them, we might have something more to work with.
  • @EA_Leeuw The problem is that the ea app doesn't install some of the games in the right location, so that causes another issue, which is why I have to use origin to get games to be installed in the right direction...

@Sil3nce96, ah, that the EA app doesn't install some games in the right location is indeed a known issue for us & the EA app teams are working on it to fix that (and more) issue as soon as possible.
