@lmwelburn, you should be able to try the above steps even if the EA app is not opening up for you.

Could you give them a try and see if it works for you?

Hey, i have blank screen when i open EA APP. Screen looks like that.

I was make all steps that You describe here. I was reinstall EA APP, clean cache, uninstall windows update, open with admin...

@crisem0, it might also be that your antivirus is blocking the app.

Check that no background processes are interfering and that you added the EA app as an exception to your antivirus programme:

What I've already done:

1) I reinstalled the EA APP, downloaded the latest version,

2) I cleared the CACHE of the application

3) I've cleaned the boot - only the basic essential functions of the system turn on

4) I uninstalled Windows patches

5) I've added exceptions for everything EA related in firewall and antivirus

6) I made an attempt to start without a firewall and anti-wirer

7) I made System File Checker according to Microsoft's instructions

8) I created an additional user in Windows and tried all the above steps on the new user.

The EA APP loads absolutely nothing, responds to nothing, and doesn't want to work.

What else can be checked and what is not listed above?

I'd appreciate any hints.

@crisem0, can you also check, that you're running the EA app as administrator?

Yes, i try all steps as Administrator. Still not working. 

Now i try trough the Steam and the same effect. Not working.

@crisem0, so you're launching the game via Steam, and the EA app shows blank?

Can you uninstall the EA app and then launch the game via Steam? When it then prompts you to download the EA app, go ahead and do that.

Yes. I try it this solutions too. Zero effect. Game not start.

OK. I uninstall FIFA, EA APP and steam. Then i start cleaning program to clean register. I turn off computer to aprove changes and install as administrator everything. Nothing. Game not started. EA APP start with blank screen. Start game with EA APP - not working. Start game with STEAM EA PLAY - not working. 

However, I would like to point out that this game was already running on this computer in August 2023. Since September, there has been a bug and the inability to run the game. I've done all the steps that are in the tips.

Any ideas??

• Clear EA app Cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
• Turn off the EA app Overlay in your EA app Settings under "Application"
• Check that the EA app is added as an exception to your firewall and antivirus: https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/close-background-apps/

I've already followed these steps. I have no longer hope for a solution...

All the tips I found on the forum and on the internet I followed.

I found a problem.

The "dashost.exe" process was responsible for blocking the EA APP.

When I turned it off, everything went back to normal.

I think this should be added to the ability to remove the "blank screen" error 🙂
