Re: EA App Error Code EC:10501

Hi EA

When logging into EA to play The Sims 4, I am receiving Something went wrong There's a Problem with your account Error Code :EC:10000

I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the EA app and can log into my account to post here.

I have alot of packs I have purchased so would to be able to access the game! Please help!

@SimsForever21 This is the forum for FIFA Mobile, you need to post on the forum for Sims 4.

@Chikubasuta It helps when you post in the correct forum. This is the FIFA Mobile forum, not the Sims 4 forum. Nobody here can help with Sims issues.

@tno492twx1x3 This is a EA app issue. It has nothing to do with Sims. I have the same issue and can't even log into the app.
