why do I have to log in manually in the EA app every time I start my computer....????

Tried everything on here for a solution and nothing has worked, I have uninstalled/reinstalled today but clearly it's not been fixed!
The Tick box to keeping information saved is not working.
How can it be today after so many months/years that the person/people who created the EA App are unable to identify the Issue, surely one would assume that they should know the software from every single detail, its called being an expert.
If you can not fix the issue hire someone that can fix the issue, then when that has been solved, get that person to fix this issue!
