@ColonolNuttyJust curious have to tried a whole system restore fresh install of windows. I am having the same exact same problem only different ea games.
Edit: I'll let ya know what happens.

That is my very last resort.
Edit: I kind of expected this to be one of the answers, but not the first one... hopefully there are other solutions I can try before doing this.- @ColonolNutty Alright I did it it worked but be really careful it worked first time I started it but I wanted my controller connected so I reboot. I have a 2560*1440 144refresh monitor and the game was set to 4k so I had to alt tab thru the menus one click at a time to change display settings till it matches my monitor. What hell. Good luck.
I did reset my PC. The only that was keep after reset was my Account with my Documents and Downloads....Alls Programs and applications was removed.
I install EA app and i readdress my Games to the EA App.....My Games was installed on different hard disk.
After re-downloading and re-checking i try to launch both of the Games Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield V, but in both i have the same error preparing game.....nothing happen after that
