Help mee

I've never posted on here before so idk if im doing this right?? but anyway.

I keep trying to purchase an expansion pack and when I get to the checkout and I select my card my ea app goes to the "no internet" or the "couldn't connect to servers" screen. so I tried turning off my wifi and restarting the app to see if it would help but nope. its just every time I select my card the app does it. please let me know if its a known glitch or if its just me, and if their is any way to fix it.
