@NARCOSISES As it only just appeared on the store, that could be as expected.
Such teething issues usually disappear rather soon š Still not resolved.š

Hey @SuWakeD,
Sorry to hear that you're having issues downloading the game.
Can you please describe the issue that you're having? Is it not letting you download the game or do you get an error? Can you also please post a screenshot of the issue that you're having? Xbox Game Pass on PC...log in to EA pass to try and download It Takes Two but it just gives me the orange whirling circle for a second when you press the download button and then nothing happens. You can't install it directly from Xbox app nor from the EA one at this point.

@Hippolungs, thanks for the info!
And can you please try to reboot your PC to see if you can now download the game via the EA Desktop app as normal? š
If that does not help, I would recommend some troubleshooting steps. For example:
Clear cache of the EA app and Xbox app, set an exception for the EA app in your AV/Firewall, disable VPN, run as administrator. - @EA_Leeuw None of that worked but this did: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/Address-game-download-install-issues/td-p/9862645

@Hippolungs, alright. So you are able to download/install the game correctly now, right?

Same for me. And none of listed above help. Neither clear cache for apps (in particular EA desktop) nor this https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/Address-game-download-install-issues/td-p/9862645 . Still the same effect when I'm trying to download. But other games still can be downloaded.

Hey @qpldb,
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with downloading It Takes Two via EA app.
Are you also experiencing the spinning wheel, that doesn't go further than that? Hi @EA_Leeuw , I am experiencing the same issue as well: when I click on "Download" button for "It Takes Two", I can see only a spinning wheel for a second and then it disappears without anything happen. I can download other games from EA Play fine. Tried to reinstall EA Desktop, clear cache and manually remove folders from C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop - nothing helped.

Hey @anzuth,
Sorry to hear that you're having the same issues.
Have you also tried to run EA Desktop with Admin rights and rebooted your PC in the meantime?
Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11? It just looks so
And nothing. Running as Administartor doesn't help neither numerous reboots.
Win 10.

@qpldb, cheers for that.
Do you have the same issue with other EA Play available games via EA Desktop? I've mentioned it before. No, with other games I don't have the same issue. I didn't test all the games, but with the ones I did everything is ok.

Thank you very much @qpldb.
@EA_Leeuw is gone for the day but I'm now looking into this. I noticed that both you and @anzuth are having this issue.
In which region are you located?
Currently having this same issue.
I thought the EA desktop app might just not work right but it lets me download another game just fine, star wars jedi fallen order installed without issue.
xbox app also installs other games fgine, it's just it takes two that doesn't work correctly for me.
I'm located in the Netherlands, maybe there's a server issue there?
I am located in Russia.

Thank you @qpldb.
Did you try all the troubleshooting mentioned in this thread such as:
- Rebooting your PC
- Clearing the cache via App Recovery
- Trying to download the game through the Xbox app
- Clearing the files as mentioned here
- Temporarily disabling your anti-virus/firewall/VPN
- Reinstalling the EA app
- @EA_Jason I'm located in Russia, tried restart and it did not help.

I also have the same problem, I click on download and nothing happens.
I've tried all the solutions here, but nothing works.
I also noticed that the Crysis Remastered page doesn't load at all
Trying these and same problem here
Yes i have tried all these steps, i have also tried repairing the xbox app via windows.
The issue occurs to me as well. Rebooted the PC, reinstalled the app, ran with admin rights, cleared cache, deleted folders as per the instruction. I get the spinning wheel for a second or two and then nothing. Happens only for It Takes Two. I'm located in Poland.
Please fix this. Adding to the sour feeling is the fact that it lets me buy the game - great EA, thanks, but no, I already paid for it.
(It'd just be better if EA games available in gamepass would just be downloaded there)
I'm also having the same exact issue but from South Africa and still after trying all the fixes mentioned.
I think I have had this issue before with one of the newer EA Play games but then after a couple of days the Download button actually worked- EA_Leeuw4 years ago

Hey all,
Sorry to hear that you're still having issues with downloading It Takes Two via EA Play via EA Desktop via the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate.
Can you please try the following, if you haven't already:
- Open the EA Desktop app and make sure that the box for "Keep me signed in" is checked when you're logging in with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate + EA Play connected EA account
- Close the EA Desktop app (click on the hamburger menu (yes, this is how it's called š) in the upper left corner > click Exit)
- Reset the Xbox app that should be installed on your Windows 10 PC:
Open PC Settings.
Go to System > Apps > Apps & features.
Find an app that you want to reset, and then click on Advanced options.
Click the Reset button.
- Reboot your PC
- Open the Xbox app again and sign into your EA connected Microsoft Xbox account- Locate It Takes Two
- When you have located It Takes Two via the Xbox app on your PC, please click "Install" right from the Xbox app
- This should launch the EA Desktop app and hopefully force the game to install
If this does not work, please let us know!
