Re: EA App opens up to an empty white box with a red X

I am having the same issue. I was able to play the Sims 4 yesterday no problem. Now today I keep getting the red x, even when trying to open the EA app. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still nothing. OP have you found a solution to this yet?

Ok thanks! I had given up and shut my computer down. And when I booted it up again, the game was working so I'm not sure what fixed it. Sounds dumb but have you tried restarting the PC after downloading the new EA app? That's all I did. I really wish EA would fix this. Apparently a lot of people are having trouble with this new app and are not being able to reach customer support.

I downloaded Battlefield V on Seam yesterday and it was working fine and I managed to get on it today fine until I tried to reset the video settings, which requires a restart.

I closed the game and the Red X appeared.

Now every time I try to open it the Red X appears, my other EA games work fine it's just BFV.

Does anyone have any advice?
