Hey, I solved it. Had still the same issue after deleting the temp files. I had the downloading window open which was still stuck at 0% and then started to end the EA Backround Service in task manager. immediately after that the download started going. And now it works

You are a legend! Thanks for help. Shutting down EA Background Service immediately fixed the issue.
