Try going into Task Manager and stopping the Device Association Framework Provider Host. Once I did this, it not only solved a problem I was having with Task Manager working properly, but the EA app suddenly started working and I was finally able to start playing Jedi Survivor.

Thank god i found it. The absolute mental stress EA has caused me.
