Can you try going through these steps to clear the EA app cache and see if there's any change?

Clearing cache does not seem to solve the problem, still getting "failed to load profile" error.
My EA App profile will not load either, and I believe it is restricting from downloading the new patch on FIFA 23, been fiddling with it for an hour
- @EA_Mako I tried this two times and it doesn't work.
I don't think the link addresses the issues because it's supposed to deal with:
The EA app being stuck in offline mode or not updating itself
Games not downloading
Game downloads or updates being stuck on a certain percentage or on “Waiting for download”
Games that seem to be “missing” from your the EA app Collection.
This is an app or an account issue where the friends list doesn't load. - EA_MakoHi @TheMagus007,
Thanks for giving that a shot. That can also help when the app is just displaying information incorrectly or isn't able to properly load certain elements, such as the profile.
If there were any pending fixes that the app hadn't been able to pick up, for example, that would help out so it's definitely worth trying as it's a fairly quick step.
We'll get that passed along to be checked into further, thanks all. @EA_MakoJust chiming in that I'm also experiencing this.
Logging into the EA PC Desktop app is successful, however it's not able to retrieve our profile information.
Trying to use the Origin app also has an error, and when trying to navigate to your profile page after a successful login in Origin shows a 404 error.I went a step further and uninstalled/reinstalled the EA desktop client with the same result.
