Same here. I even turned my Firewall off to see if that was interferring but no change. I just keep getting an infinite loading screen. What a waste of money! No more EA products for me.

I found "Ea upadater" on my pc, just clicked on it, it dowloaded files, and my EA app was up and running great after that.
HOpe it fixes your problems guys.
I don't have this launcher
I purchased EA pass and then canceled it after a few months. Now my EA games I own say I need to login to EA or they say that this game was installed under an account that purchased the game. I can't launch anything from steam or even EA play games with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
