Summarize your bug Every time that I try and sign into EA play I get an error message saying EC:10005
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log into EA play with email and password
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error code EC:10005 and can't log in.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to log in.

Everytime I log into EA play it doesn't allow me to and the error code EC:10005 appears.
