Hi @Llanwellyn,

The Sims 4 and DLC is not available in some regions of the world due to regional standards, I believe this includes China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt. This is most likely why you're seeing this specific error.

    Hi, I own all packs (game & expansion), even the most recent one Horse Ranch, and almost all the kits with the exception of the Book Nook Kit which I am unable to purchase. The game and add-ons were all bought through Origin/EA app. My most recent purchase of 3 (Greenhouse, Basement, Grunge) kits was last July 14, 2023 and there were no issues encountered, but when I tried to buy the Book Nook Kit after the first 3 kits I got the error. I waited for a few days in case the issue would resolve itself but I still got the same error notification today. Attaching a screenshot for reference. Please note my Sims 4 game is up to date and I do not use a VPN to play it. Meaning it is not banned where I am currently residing. Thanks.

    Hello, I have encounterd the same problem and I do not live in any of the regions you have listed nor do I use VPN. I own all of the dlc so I do not understand why this specific kit has this problem.

    @EA_Solaire it seems the issue is not based on region as @mybivan is also encountering it. And as I have previously mentioned I own all game packs/expansion and all the kits with the exception to the Book Nook Kit wherein it is unavailable for purchase. I have tried again today to purchase and still getting the same error. I can access and paly the game and it is up to date, so not sure what the problem is.

    Is there anyone from Tech Support/EA Team who can assist?

    Appreciate if I could get a reply that will help fix the issue, as the previous response didn't help. Thanks.
