Re: Every EA ID is prohibited

I am having this exact issue, and every attempt to find a way to contact EA to get an EA advisor, even following the links provided in this thread, just leads back to the unhelpful EA help homepage. On top of that issue, I've been signed off of my own account for years, and finally find an EA game I want, buy and install it... only to find out my account is banned.... despite having no ban history....
