Re: 'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I am writing this post out of extreme frustration after weeks of being unable to launch my FC 25 game. I have spent countless hours trying to find a solution, but nothing has worked.
The Problem: My game will not launch from the EA App. I get a general launch error ("The game could not be started") followed by a more specific, and very concerning, message that states: "There's an issue with your account. We can't help you at this moment."
What I've Tried (Everything!): I have followed every possible troubleshooting step, both from EA's support pages and from the community forums. This includes:
- Verifying game files on Steam and clearing the EA App cache.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App, Steam, and the game itself multiple times.
- Running a "clean boot" on my PC to check for software conflicts.
- Uninstalling specific Windows updates that others reported as problematic.
- Using the "App Recovery" tool within the EA App.
- And, in a final attempt, I even reinstalled my entire Windows operating system from scratch.
EA Support Dead End: I have been in contact with EA Help, providing all this information. Despite my clear explanations and screenshots, I have received only generic, unhelpful replies. I was even told my account was not blocked, which directly contradicts the error message I'm getting. My last messages have been met with a final response of "we can't help, go to the forums."
I have exhausted every single option available to me. It is clear that this is a technical error on the EA side that standard support tools cannot detect.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue and found a solution, or if an EA Community Manager can escalate this to a specialist who can actually look at my account, I would be extremely grateful. I just want to play the game I paid for.
