Re: [FIXED] EA app keeps saying I need to verify age

I was kicked out of a BF6 game this afternoon and had no idea why. 

When I came home, my EA app now shows - To follow local laws, we need to chewck your age before you can buy or access age-restricted games and content.

It has a link that comes up with a 404 error and the place to click to verify age does NOT work or do anything.

My EA account was created in 2012 and shows my age there <removed>

EA please fix this issue and allow me access (460 hours on BF6 so far).

I just want to play the game I legally purchased as is my right.

    Thank you Jillianne, I am soooo frustrated, my account is 14 years old and I am old and you can work out my age from my EA id.

    Was partway through a BF6 challange and got kicked and thought nothing of it until I went out and came back and saw the verify message.

    Same with the learn more, a 404 error and the click to verfy does not work.

    Happy to abide by age restrictions but my date of birth has been on my account since I first joined.

    I put in a ticket. My account is probably as old as yours is. Like, none of this makes sense.
