Re: [FIXED] Sims 4 - "Double-check your connection" or "Game License is Invalid"

I'm having the same problem. I've tried all of these steps plus having a hard-wired connection and uninstalling and reinstalling both the sims and the EA app. I've also tried clearing the app cache, my laptop cache, repairing the game, and the UAC. This issue has persisted for a day now. The game was running just fine the day before yesterday but now I can't access it to play at all!
