Re: [FIXED] "The app crashed unexpectedly" error in EA app since Feb. 7, 2024

EA won’t load past the homepage. It crashes and we are all getting the same crash report. A quick restart is not helping and we are all losing our minds! I’ve followed all instructions given to get the game to play but nothing works. 

Is their any more we can do?

Do we have an estimated time this problem is will be resolved in? 

I have reset my PC, made sure all apps and windows is updated. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app.
