As EA App is in beta @AhnenerbeUnit then you may see things like this pop-up.

I'd recommend using Origin for the games not showing in the EA App.

I have the same issue for The Sims 4 DLCs.. 

EA Desktop shows me that I don't have 6 DLCs, whereas
when I'm using Origin I can see all of them as purchased.

I have the same issue. Currently it only says Island Living is not owned.

Was also told to just play on origin.

Just annoying to see "Try EA Desktop App!" everywhere.

I'm having the same issue with Sim City(2013), The Cities of Tomorrow expansion, the rest of it's add-ons, and several other games and add-ons, it shows me only owning some, but not all of what i actually own
