There are no 3 lines in EA App for Mac. These instructions are for a Windows user and not relevant for EA App for Mac. You need to click on Help in the menu bar:
@HJSwiftie Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? The screenshot provided shows that you don't have the game currently installed.
