game says it "closed"

hi! my game is closed, but my application says its still open, and won't let me close it until I "close my game" but I already have. This issue has happened to me once before but I left it alone for ...

    @HJSwiftie @EA_Pulsar 

    There are no 3 lines in EA App for Mac. These instructions are for a Windows user and not relevant for EA App for Mac. You need to click on Help in the menu bar:

    @HJSwiftie Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? The screenshot provided shows that you don't have the game currently installed.

Hey, thanks for your help! If you're talking about 3 lines in the sims 4 app not the ea app, I forgot to mention I am unable to open the sims. If not, are you able to elaborate? Sorry. Thanks again!!
