Hey @pharpe311 Can you try to put your device in a Clean Boot and then launch the game? If this continues would it be possible to get a DxDiag?
Hey so it appears that the problem solved itself? I mean games now appear like they are uninstalled but when I'm clicking the "install" button my game starts running? Even tho nothing new was downloaded?

@CzarekCDK Did this happen in a clean boot? If you go to the install location are the files still there? I followed the clean boot steps and got this when trying to launch the game
So I enabled and started the EA background service and tried launching again. Same error:
DXDiag attached

@pharpe311 Can you try starting EA App as an admin and checking if you can run Madden? I've tried the new admin account and that didn't work. The issue is the EA App. I just uninstalled the EA app and all the EA games. I went to Steam and bought Madden 23 there so I wouldn't have to deal with this EA app. The game installed on Steam fine but when I launch it it forces the EA App to be installed. Then it goes into a loop of the EA App launching then closing over and over. This is a nightmare.
A google search bring back pages of similar issues and not one of the has a solution.
I managed to find a work around in this thread https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/switch-from-ea-to-origin/td-p/11353411/page/2
I had to completely uninstall the EA app and install the old Origin app.
You can download Origin here https://www.dm.origin.com/download
When you launch the game from Steam it will prompt you to install the EA app again. Don't do it!. Just cancel or close that window. Then the game loads. I also found that it does not work if you are in Family View on Steam so make sure you exit that if you are before launching the game.
Pretty janky way to do it but at least we can play games again.
