Re: Games Library in the EA app doesn't show games purchased.

I have lost almost my entire EA library. I owned all the battlefields and they're dlc, Mass effects, even peggle is gone and it was a free game from EA. Why why WHY? What is going on over there where entire peoples game libraries are disappearing and its the problem of the customer to scrape up all the games lists and dlc and purchase history as opposed to the one thats actually messed up to begin with? Thats some straight up trash customer service and care.  

As of 4/13/2023 my game library has disappeared with hundreds of dollars worth of purchases. When this will be resolved? Who knows cause EA. When they're first foot out in fixing the problem is burdening the consumer and purchaser of the content to do the legwork to fix it I don't expect much.
