Stuck on 'Failed to Load' settings screen on PC, even after trying on another P

Hello,

My game recently crashed, and now it is completely stuck on the 'Load Settings File' screen showing 'Failed to Load'.

I have already verified through the mobile Companion App that my Ultimate Team data, players, and coins are all perfectly safe. However, I cannot get past this screen on my PC.

Interestingly, when I downloaded and tried to log in to my account on a completely different PC, the exact same issue occurred (still stuck on 'Failed to Load'). This makes me think the corrupted settings file might have been synced and stuck onto my EA Cloud save.

How can I bypass or fix this so I can load into the game with my original account on PC? Any step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
