Re: Games library never loads

Hey @Huziinator,

I can imagine it must be frustrating having to clear the cache every time you try and access your games in the EA app.

Can you try the troubleshooting steps below and see if that solves the issue for you?

• Check for any Windows Updates and install updates if available
• Clean boot your PC: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
• Run the EA app as administrator

If none of these steps help, try reinstalling the EA app as well.
