Re: games missing

Hi @59d5d4b428a318ac, in the article I linked it shares how you can find the clear cache option for the EA app. Please open the link and take a look at those steps.

Hi @58fbfdf01bf9d571, If you've only just downloaded the app, it's unlikely to be a cache thing (no harm to do the steps either way, just in case). If your game library isn't showing your owned games in the EA app and you're not seeing your DLC, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You would need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with. You can provide the receipts from the purchases made from the account that you do have and they can help you locate the account that your games are currently tied to. Please be sure to let me know if you run into any issues contacting the team there.

  • At first I logged in the wrong one, but then I logged in with email: [edit: email address removed], the same I logged in here in my ea account. It has all the purchase history but still no games in the app.

    Hi @59d5d4b428a318ac

Hmmm somethings not adding up. If your purchases are there, the games should be too especially after clearing the cache. Can you share what games are missing for you from the library please?

  • Hey, having the same problem here: haven't logged into origin in years (and this is a new computer, so the app was never used on this pc), can see games on the EA website in my order history, but they don't show up in my library. Restarted the app twice and cleared the cache (just installed today and haven't played anything, but you never know). Nothing. I've got two games in my order history from 2014: one is "Celtic Lands," which doesn't come up at all when searched on EA's app, and the other is The Sims 3: Dragon Valley, which does come up on the app, but only as a game I can purchase rather than as one in my Library.

Since I'm here: There were also a lot of games I'd added to my Origin account via a product code (I had a lot of games on disks back in 2014) that are not listed in my purchase history. Can I find those codes I'd previously used online somewhere, or do I need to dig out the actual disks and reenter the codes? (It's been years, so the disks are buried in boxes somewhere, and I'd rather dig up codes on my pc than have to go rummage around in my basement, if possible.) TIA.
